Hey!

History for the board:

water damaged / on top of the case
replaced U3500 + Q3501 - board was working fine

-> usb-c docking station connected on the side of the water damage -> dead -> 5V / 0.02A

ppbus_g3h is 0V

should i just replace the CD3217 or where to start to troubleshoot?

Diode mode to ground on PPBUS_G3H?
Also check diode mode around CD3217 chips.

Any voltage at R7020?

Please, STOP to diagnose by beeps!!!
Check resistance in ohm scale.

BTW, multimeters beep untill 0.050-0.070, depending by model.

CPU core voltage is on L7211/21/31.
Also check on L7410/20 (iGPU core).
Compare ohm readings with the value on PPBUS_G3H.

If no other coils give you same 0.3 ohm to ground, then is safe to inject voltage into PPBUS_G3H.
Start with 1V and increase slowly, if needed.
Set the amp limit on PSU to max.

First be sure you've checked all the coils; don't forget L9080/580.
