Macbook Pro 2019 820-01814 stuck at 5V USB-C

Ok, I confirmed that on a good 820-01987 board, the three NAND rail resistances are very similar, so all good here.

Now, when I plug in a charger, I get:
PPBUS: 12.6V
3V3_G3H_RTC: 3.4V
PP5V_S5_LDO: 5.1V
PP5V_G3S: 5.1V
PP1V8_G3S: 1.8V
PP3V3_S5: 0V

Check diode mode to ground on all big coils.
Compare with good board.

Can you complete DFU, or get error?
