the customer probably connected 3rd party charger and now it wont power at all.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Check diode mode to ground on CC1/2 pins of CD3215 chips from right side; compare readings with left side.
Do the same for LDO power rails of these chips; each one has 4 LDOs, consult schematic.

i need to order from other country and it takes time.
in such cases, from your knowledge, do you think it will be enough? of maybe usually other componnent need to be changed?
i am asking so i will order it together and save time

This is not an exact science.
Even replacement CD3215 can be bad (usual from chinese sellers) and you can waste time then, searching for another (inexistent) problem.

Is not my store!

As recently posted in other thread, I prefer "board wings" to get original chips.

Reading all the threads you can get valuable information.
Take notes from each post which think can help you in the future.

You must be sure CD3215 area real good and correctly soldered.
Do you get 1V1 LDO for all them?

NO, I mean 1V1 LDO.
There are also 1V8 and 3V3 LDO rails.
You should be able to detect these lines by yourself, without writing entire names; 4 (four) on each CD3215 chip.
