MacBook Pro 820-2879-B Not turning on.

Green light on charging port ,will not turn to pink after battery pluged in.
voltage readings.
PPBUS=12.56V
PP3V42=3.419V
PP3V3_S5=3.315v
PP3V3_S3=not present
PP5V_S5_LDO=4.999V
PP5V_S3=not present

This board doesn't turn on by itself.
You must trigger SMC_ONOFF_L, in the diagnose process.

Amber light must come on if good battery is connected.
Check voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
