Macbook Pro A1398 mid-2015 820-00138-A FREEZING AFTER MINUTES

Hi , after normal boot up about 5 minutes it freezes, the trackpad and keyboard not responding and usb mouse also not responding also but youtube video continue playing few minutes after freezing then restarts automatically. I replaced ssd but not fixed ,then i swap all 3 FDMF6808 from other working board but not fixed , temperature is normal and thermal past replaced, fans spin normally , any suggestions ?

NEVER reuse FDMF6808 from other MLB.
Change with real new FDM6708/3030, bought from reliable store (not China).

You should try known good BIOS clean ME first.

thanks for your advice , but other board i swapped FDMF6808 to working fine
I try other bios "A1398 820-00138_Unlock Clear me"but not fixed
i reinstall macos but it freezes randomly during finishing install
what is other possible reasons?

Test another clean ME BIOS, just in case.

Can you load a macOS from a SSD preinstalled in other machine?
Also test with USB macOS.

Starting in diagnostic mode shows any error?

i already test more than 3 macOS from a SSD preinstalled in other machine but always freezes,
the same situation on other bios ,

Be sure to use original 85W magsafe 2 charger.

Check SMC_DCIN_VSENSE/ISENSE and SMC_PBUS_VSENSE levels.
Also test the machine disconnecting RIO board.

i disconnect two j9500 and j9510 RIO board but not fixed,
i use 85W magsafe 2 charger but the problem also still when i using battery
