Hello Jhon here Again, I have macbook pro A1502 it has Complete Power Rails but cannot proceed to turn on.If i will remove the SSD the screen show (?) question mark. I also try to boot my bootable drive but the same cannot proceed to boot up. I did SMC reset and the same issue. I notice sometimes its shuting down automatically during booting time when apple logo show up.

What is the possible issue of this macbook please help me. Please see the pic attached,

You cannot enter macOS botting through USB?
In such case, you should discard a BIOS issue.
Clean your ME region, or try full known good BIOS file; with clean ME, of course.

I was able to enter the boot menu but after few seconds its shuting down only once. But now I cannot enter to boot menu. Maybe you have good bios file sir I never have any here.
