MACBOOK PRO A1502 .....820-4924-A......Not turn on with pwr btn(system start automatically)

hi...
i have a macbook pro a1502..the part no is 820-4924-a....the problm is not turn with power btn
but iam sure the pwr btn is working...because when the system is turn automatically...also loading mac os...that time all keys in keyboards are working
i also trying to long press pwr btn ..that time the sytem is turned off..so btn is ok....so what next...

in keyboard pin no 5 get 3.42 v
also i trying to short R5116 PAD..same condition....when the system make shutdown then not turn

Do you get 3V at SMC_ONOFF_L?
If not check, R5170.
If good, then disconnect keyboard and test again.

Yes ..get 3.42 v on SMC_ONOFF_L
R5170 Also get 3.42v(value also showing 10k)
i try without keyboard also..still same....what next

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L (at same time).
Use R5115/16 pads, instead of power button.
Check SMC_TPAD_RST_L level.
Also check all PCH's RTC signals.
