MACBOOK PRO A1502 820-4924-A WILL NOT TURN ON POSSIBLE SHORT IN PPVCC_S0_CPU

Hello friends, good morning, I'm new to repairing MacBook motherboards, and I need help with this Macbook pro.

The client brought me this macbook because it did not turn on, checking the macbook, I found a short in the PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING line, I found Q7310 in a short, I did not find an equal component so I replaced it with a similar one.

The Macbook was still not turning on, checking I found PPVCC_S0_CPU shorted, these are its values:
diode: 0.002v
continuity: 0.5 ohms -- 0.4ohms
positive tip to ground and negative to the component to be measured.
According to my little knowledge, it is shorted, since if I measure resistance to ground, it gives me the same value, I have checked the board countless times and I cannot find the problem, the macbook has been in my workshop for about a month and no I can fix it, I hope you can help me.

excuse my bad wording, use google translate to translate to english.

PS: the original mosfet was SISA18dn and the one I used as a replacement is csd58858

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Lift L7310 one side and check where the short remains.
If is on its pad 1, then replace U7310 and Q7311.
If is on pad 2 (toward CPU), nothing more to do; died CPU.

to cry for the client, the short is on pad 2, the only solution here would be to change the cpu right?
