i have a macbook pro a1502...part no is 820-4924-a...the problem is keyboard and touchpad not working

voltages in keyboard connector
pin no4:- 3.42v
no30:-3.3 v
what next....?

KB can't work until TP works properly.
Can you access boot menu, or Internet recovery?

So not working before, nor after log into macOS.

Check F4800 and L4803.
