Macbook Pro A1707 15" display issue, won't log in either GPU issue?

Hey guys!

I've got this 15" pro which I think have a GPU issue - the USB C to HDMI doesn't connect to a external display, and I can't login to the account.

I believe this is a GPU issue, therefore beyond repair - needs a board swap - is this correct?

Looks like GPU issue.
Try with Linux, or Windows Live USB.
