MacBook A1707 in use. Upon arrival, the MacBook was working but there was a squeaking sound coming from the motherboard! When I tried to reinstall the MacBook it just stopped turning on!

Remove F7000/1 and check where the short remains.
What is the exact ohm value?

F7000 and F7001 removed, PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_REG - no short circuit, PPBUS_G3H - short circuit on the system side =4Ohm

Do you get C7050 voltage now?

Check if any big coil gets same 4 ohm to ground.

C7050 =12.6v
L7221 and L7211=4 ohm
PPBUS_HS_CPU -short circuit=4 ohm

voltage 20v 2.5A, battery not connected, gets very hot near the processor

Very likely CPU got damaged by overvoltage...
