It is already removed since the beginning. 0V at C7050 at both ports.

3V3_G3H present on any port?

Diode Mode at C7050 is .572.
3V3_G3H present in both ports.
Stable in one and cycling in another (when the amp meter reboots)

Try to change/reflash TBT ROM.
