Hello I have a MacBook Pro a1989 with touch bar that only turns on when it is plugged into the charger. when plugged in it does charge battery but the battery does not go over 1%, The moment I disconnect the battery from the machine it turns off when it is plugged into the charger it is pulling around 20w.
