Hello.
The MacBook came in for repair with a non-working SD3215.
After replacing the SD3215 is in recovery. I can’t flash it, error 9 appears

Try another cable.
Also connect battery too (holding some charge).
Some boards require good trackpad too.

replaced the battery and connected the trackpad. I tried 4 different cables and nothing changed, still the same error

Just in case, try DFU shorting 3V3_S5 to ground.

You can try w/ and w/o battery.
Touch ID may also impede DFU to complete.

Yes, try both cases; with (w/) and without (w/o) battery connected.

shorting 3V3_S5 to ground =unfortunately it didn't help! There is something that is preventing it from loading

You may have bad T2 (RAM)...
