Customer complains about No LCD.

Machine gets on. No Image or Backlight.

EDP_PANEL_PWR_EN is 0V. No Shorts.

Can you confirm USB activity?
Also test for external video.

History of Keyboard Replacement .
Customer says he gets intermittent Display.
Tested with another known good display. LCD ISSUE.
