Macbook Pro and Air starting when plug magsafe (battery connected)

I have two board with exactly same fail. Even with the battery connected when I plug magsafe mac boots. I know that it is normal for 820-00165-a is normal when battery is not connected but when it is conected it only boots when i press power button

Another board is 820-4924-a. No previous history, no water damage. Just this fail.



P.S, Magsafe is ok because this happens with this two machines only

The batteries are recognized and charging?

Login to macOS and turn of the machine by software.
Then check again if starts by itself when connect the charher.
