MacBook Pro / Model 2485 / No boot or chime /

Hello,

We Have a Apple Macbook pro that does not biit, chime, and fans do not spin. It uses 20v and .20~.40a on usbc and 28v and .20~.45a on magsafe.

Client said the Macbook just stopped working.

We disconnected keyboard, trackpad, battery and the amps went to .40~.71, fans started to spin but no boot.

What should we start with looking at first and what could be causing this issue?

No boot because you don't get internal image?
Did you test Caps Lock light?
What about external video and other USB activity?

No external video, no USB acivity, and no Caps lock light.

We also tried DFU mode, when ever we attempt DFU mode the Volts get stuck at 5 and it continue to restart after the amps go up to about .28.

5V is normal in DFU mode.

PPBUS_AON fluctuates?
Test connecting a battery holding some charge also.
