Macbook Pro Retina 13 inch 2016/7 and 12 inch only start when cool

Lately we are more frequently getting Macbooks with the following Problem:

It only turns on when its cold and the battery is completly drained. works for a time. Shuts down at a random time and doesnt turn on.For the time after it "crashes" it gets hot. It does that until the battery gets low again and it has cooled down.

Could the cuase be a Problem with the PM_BATLOW_L signal ?

First check if machines always start correctly without battery.
Be sure to use correct charger.

Sounds to me like more failing CPUs oh how I love 12"s!
