MAcbookPro A1398 EMC2909 no image, no CapsLocklight, only USB activity

Hi
MAcbookPro 820-00138-A has no image/display, only once i got just backlight flash. CPU is getting very hot. No external display.
PPBUS_G3H-12.67V
Getting PP3V3_S5- 3.3V
PP5V_S4- 5V
L7330, L7320, L7310 has 1.7V and 12 Ohm.
PP1V5_S0- 1.5V
PM_SLP_S4_L- 3.3V
PP1V35_S3RS0_CPUDDR- 1.35V
PP1V05_S0- 1.05V
PP1V35_S3- 1.3V

Please suggest me what i am missing and where i have to look for the problem.

Any history available?
Do you have USB activity for sure?
Strange, if Caps Lock doesn't react.
External video present?

Check if PLT_RESET_L comes high.

No previous repair history. New Board, no liquid damage.
I checked with external usb drive which has a blinking light. no external video present.
and PLT_RST_L is also present high.

If has USB activity, but missing internal/external video at same time, then must be CPU problem; this board doesn't have dedictaed GPU.
Try known good BIOS, just in case.
