MacbookPro A2289 Board 820-01987-A Wierd screen after startup

Hello,

I recieved a A2289 board number:-820-01987-A. it was getting hot as told by customer. technician found full of dust inside and fan vent was aslo blocked. technician did a clean with air compressor without remving the board. after clean tried to test it again, it booted up normally to login screen but as you enter the password, screen goes wierd with random color line(vertical and horizont line looks like screen is broken). we checked the board which is immaculate, no damage rust or dust on it. I have no idea whre to start diagnosis or assume a CPU issue. Checked with new screen and battery, same behaviour. Works fine in safe mode.

can you guys help me diagnose the problem?

iGPU problem.
Its specific driver is loaded once you've typed the password, when macOS starts.
In safe mode, generic graphics driver is used instead.

What we can do in that case? iGPU faulty ? Or try reflow?

Reflow is not a definitive solution.
You can try it, as CPU is bad anyway.

Customer is adamant and not ready to understand the issue.
He needs a report from an apple authorised store which we are not.
