Magsafe orange light turns off when MBA turns off

Hello guys,
I have bust noticed a strange behavior. I can normal work on MBA 1466, battery is charging and there is an orange light on the charger. However, when I shut down laptop, the orange light on the charger turns off. This does not look like normal, but MBA works normal.
What could it be?

It is the same 820-00165-A board on which EMC1414 temperature monitoring chip is removed. When laptop is powered ON, LED on Magsafe becomes first green for a sec then orange. When Laptop is turned off, this LED also turns off. Battery is charging OK when laptop is ON.

Maybe it has something to do with U5810 removed, but not sure.

Did you try another original Magsafe 2 charger and LIO board/flex?

It was Magsafe2 charger. It works with another one. The problem was very strange. The charger works without problems when MBA is in sleep mode or while working, but not if laptop is shut down.

What is the voltage on a full charged battery for A1466? Is it about 8.5V?
