MBA 2015 - A1466 running slow

Hi,
I'm working on a MBA 2015 A1466. The Board looks very clean, no signs of liquid damage.
The MacBook turns on, I was able to install MacOS (even if it took about 4h), but it is running very low.
I already did clean ME BIOS, replaced trackpad flex and tried another SSD, but without success.


Am I missing something?

Does fan spin to max?
Looks like thermal sensor issue.

Test disconnecting webcam.
Also try known good LIO flex/board.

No, fan is spinnign normal.
The macbook is not as slow as i normally know it from thermal sensor issues (lacking cursor for example). It just takes very long for example to open safari, load a page, install any application.

I already tried a known good LIO flex, but i will try another board and disconnecting webcam.

So I just tried a known good LIO board, and a known good display. Also I tried to disconnect the webcam and did another SMC reset, PRAM&NVRAM reset.
Unforunately without any changes.

I also tried another Trackpad. It runs still slow and CPU is most of the time at 100% with only safari open (not loading anything).

Check U5800, its traces and adjacent components.
Also check connections to Q5860.
