Did you try normal installation at least?

i tried it with HighSierra beacuse i have an installation stick but start from external SSD with HighSiera shows the prohibition sign.

Installation USB with High Sierra the same

I tried to get a ISO and tried this with VM VirtualBox but I do some wrong it dont want to start from the "disk"

Did you previously change security settings?

yes, i changed to be able to boot from external device
