You need to match the voltage rating on the original caps... A ceramic would work IF you could get it to fit.

I can see that being an issue if its under, but it would only be .5 over the orig. What are people using as direct replacements then?

Just use the standard size 330uF and not the small ones.

Poly tant isnt the issue. It is the small form factor and bad batch of caps that is.
