I think it would be really beneficial for the search function to operate properly. I think it would save everyone from having to ask the same questions repeatedly.

I was just trying to see if anyone had posted anything on CPU's getting really hot. Just putting in the query "CPU" nothing comes up. That is ridiculous. I know there are hundreds of mentions of CPU.

Oh, never mind. I do see this: Your criteria is not restrictive enough and might return too many results. Please restrict your criteria and try again.

But even if I put "CPU getting too hot" still doesn't show anything.

Because then I'm going to ask questions that more than likely have already been answered.

Use google to search the forum. The vBulletin search is pretty limited and there is no way to fix that.

vbulletin search is garbage. There is an update but I don't have much hope, I've been putting off doing it since it'll likely result in some downtime. I'll check it out.
