smc stencil and reballing base

Hi, Where can I get smc stencils?I´ve been searching in aliexpress with no luck at all and the base to hold it.
Can anybody put a link where to buy it? thanks

I used the first one but it is easier to use direct heat stencils.
The variants with 80x80mm or 90x90mm stencils are more difficult to use since you have to pull the stencil away after you applied the balls....
Probably you will end up with a mess.

Direct heat stencils are cheaper and easier to use.
The only disadvantage is there is a no space for excess solder balls so make sure not to put too much balls on the BGA chip.

Crizz. Is that the stencils from the company you got them from?
I order a bunch of stencils last time and the holes of the stencils Where fucked up it looked like they had a top and bottom layer and dient alinged the holes properly

I pull the stencil away after I apply the balls. The key is to heat the stencil, and have tweezers under the stencil, and let the tweezers pop the stencil off as soon as the balls separate from the stencil. You have to do it a few times to get the hang of it.

It will come off easy with ultrasonic too. I've seen Louis do his method and it's quicker but with no experience you will end having 0.6 balls

By the way, I hope you got a new SMC stencil and thrown away the sodomized one Louis lol

Electron-parts.com usually has a few. Their focus has gone more towards cell repair equipment, so not sure if theyll have what you need.

Recommemdation. Make a list of things you want to find then once or twice a month troll alibaba and aliexpress to find. I have lost many a nights of sleep doing this and find rare gems in supply resources.
