[SOLVED]1466 no kb no tp despite new TP and cable

A 1466 no tpad no keyoard, has power at connector. No corrosion, tried new tpad, new flat cable. No dice. Any ideas?

Look at schematic and tell me how many volts you think you should have at pin 10.

larossmann Im with ya, resistor should be zero ohms... it is infact not... I thought I checked it, but evidently I cant count. Will report back after... My apologies for being stupid.
