[SOLVED]820-2936 board ppbus 16.5v

got this new board , changed the isl , still ppbus is 16.5,

pin 17/18 and pin 27/28 , 3.3ohm and 20 ohm,

any idea why

Q7030 is shorted and always on. Replace Q7035/U7000 again as well with Q7030.
