Guys,

I get in F6905 0.45 - 0.59 . 0.89v
The fuse is ok.
I replaced twice the magsafe and charger and i still don't get 16v.

Any advice?

Yes, have short to ground, that's why i replaced. I get green light after that.
I just check C7087 short to ground and i get 12.89 m ohm.

Please for the love of God go and figure out how to use a multimeter. 12.89mOhm is milli Ohm. 467M Ohm on R7085 is MEGA OHM. This all makes no sense at all AGAIN.
Also if there is a short to GND how would R7020 be responsible for that, it is just impossible.
I cannot diagnose your issues if you have no clue what you are measuring or doing, sorry.

It was of course a shorted C7030 or C7031.
The multimeter is not the problem, interpreting the reading is the problem.
