[SOLVED]820-3115 no backlight

had some liquid damage around thunderbolt and backlight driver
cleaned, still image but still no backlight
fuse was reading sketchy so replaced that
saw a small spark (since i was in the dark) on test power on but still no backlight
now PPBUS_S0_LCDBKLT_FUSED reading 11.2V instead of 12v
both R9788 & R9789 voltage divider reading slightly above their values
R9731 and R9715 both reading 75k

...did you replace LP8550? Always replace it if liquid was nearby or contacts the chip.

BKL_EN present? Ball A5 of LP8550 ook good?

11.2v on AC power? If yes check r0980

pulled up the lp8550 and honestly that looks pretty good, when i get back i'll clean the solder and put a new one down
yes Duke 11.2V always on lcdbklt , been testing with a batt, i'll check ac when i get back

turns out it was the LP8550, a little flickering first time turning on but seems all good now
