All power rails present except PP5V_S4RS3 0v AND PP5V_S0 0v
Unable to get the datesheet of TPS51980A and pin2 is 0V. It was water damage. Any help please?

Resistance to ground on L7520 is 1M and there is no corrosion on J6100. The board came as cleaned no visible corrosion.Thanks.

"All power rails present"
Almost all power rails require PP5V_S4RS3 presence; except 3V3 rails...
So you measure something wrong there.

PP5V_S4RS3 comes out from L7520, not from pin2 of U7501!

My G3H, ppbus_S5, ppdcin_g3h isol, ppdcin g3h, pp3v42_g3h, pp5v_s5 all are ok and pp5v-s4rs3 is 0v and pp5v_s0 is also 0v ( I checked double ). I am not saying pp5v_s4rs3 comes from U7501 just mention that PIN2 (V5SW) of u7501 is 0 V. THANKS.

So you don't have all power rails present.
In fact, apart of 3V3_S5, you are missing all secondary voltages, on big coils...
Post values for PM_SLP_SUS_L, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L and all PCH's RTC signals.

PM_SLP_SUS_L= 3.3v

SMC_ADAPTER_EN=3.3v

PM_BATLOW_L=3.3v

PCH_DSWVRMEN=0v

PM_DSW_PWRGD=3.4v
Thanks.

"PCH_DSWVRMEN=0v"
That is bad.

Measure resistance to ground on that line.
Also check R1450 and PPVRTC_G3H...

Solder an wire on SMC_ONOFF_L pad and touch the ground with it.
Check if PM_PWRBTN_L drops to 0V at the same moment.
If yes, PM_SLP_S5_L should rise to 0V too; at least check if is any pulse there...
