[SOLVED]820 3787 - won't turn on with original charger

Hey guy's,

This board came with a F7005 burned!! I replace that and the machine came life again!! But only work with a Chinese charger 60W,90W ... i have in my store 3 or 4 charger Chinese and all work fine!! With original charger being 60W, 90W i don't have a green light! with a fake charger the battery goes to 100% and work's perfectly!!

when i plug the original i have only 0.420V in F7005!

only think i do is replace for a new on Q7010 and try with another DC-IN!

suggestions?

Change Q7180.
Original charger detects leakage on the board and doesn't power it up.
Fake chinese charger doesn't have required processor to monitor the leakage current on the start-up...
