[SOLVED]Toshiba L850 PLR/CSF

Somebody replaced the screen with main battery.
Without RTC battery, board power cycling each 1seg. CPU core present at 1V.
PCH or KBC suspect?

Probably the KBC.

I replaced KBC. Now it power up and got video but only works without RTC battery. If I put rtc battery doesnot power.
I have another L850 and already tried another power button and cable and I checked 3V goes to 0 when power button is pressed.

Any idea why it doesnot power with power button?

I assume you did not solder the KBC correctly.

it is PLF/CSF schematic but there is no schematic for this board.
I can shutdown this board from power button. I just cannot power the board.
I replaced KBC again and all the same.

Could be PCH problem?

This is usually a lid sensor issue. No idea where and how that works on this thing.
