Hello friends , i saw on one of Louis videos about ultrasonic cleaner that he mention that pretty much 50% of the boards he put into the cleaner come out just working i notice that yes there is a good amount of boards that my only cleaning and checking out that there is no more white or green shit under microscope work again , then 50% of this business is the ultrasonic cleaner?

also what is the average % when just by reparing PP3V42_G3H Machine just works again?

the % when PPBUS_G3H solve the board?

the % when the backlight circuit solve the board?

the % when U7200 circuit solve the board?

the % when there is PM_SLP signal missing?

the % when the issue is the CPUVCORE and that solve the board

% for other circuits or rails?

and the % when 2 or more rails are bad ?

This will help me to focus on mastering the rails or circuits with higher % thank you!

This is not the way to go about it. You master these circuits by solving the problems that are in front of you, there are no percentages.

I might disagree with this line of thinking. A master tech would do as you say louis, but in larger facilities they dont get devices first.

So if the thought is to outline common problems and then train lesser skilled employees to master one or two of these procedures in diagnostic only or even repair. Then this could be an advantage. Such as, lead tech is busy, but lower level/retail-techs are circle jerking due to low traffic, then have those techs start trouble shooting (ie triage) the devices in cue based on a common threat analysis.

Just my thoughts on creating an efficiency system that would bolster productivity. Obviously the risk would be giving too much freedom to lesser capable hands and afterwards u find theyve done more harm than good. To prevent that u would need absolute controls and procedural steps to ensure that every step is mapped out and set-in stone on what they can and cant do.

Probably also a good way to see who has what it takes to level up in skill.
