Tools recommendations needed

I don't use a holder, just a direct heat stencil and 0.35mm balls. You can use paste but I have no experience with that reballing an SMC.

how do you keep the stencil in place if not using a holder? do you tape the two together? have you got micro-hands? I am struggling a bit, have tried a couple of holders already, but still a pita...
