The charger works on the mentioned ports?
Any fault history available?

Which CD3215 chips correspond to this issue?
Compare diode mode readings between L3500 and LB700.

Thank you for your swift response,
This is the right side of the ports, and the charger works, just USB DEVICES do not work
The corresponding CD3215 are UB300 & UB400
LB700 is lower than L3500 in diode mode
LB700=0.289
L3500=0.310

I replaced QB701 and DIODE MODE reading compared to a known good board is now okay, however,
I still get the same error message, USB DEVICES only work on the left, not the right ports, error message still persists

Yes, I do get 5V when I connect a USB device to the right. also, I get 5V output on RB701/6. I even replace UB700, but no difference.

No need to change UB700, if got correct voltage on LB700.

Check R0552/3.
Also compare their pin 2 voltage with R0550/1, when connect an USB device on corresponding port.
