the orange light comes up on the charger. Don't have the voltage on PPBUS_G3H. when I chased the PPDCIN_G3H. I have 15.6V going through up to pin 5 of Q7130. it stops on L7130

pin 1 L7130 = 0.663v
pin 2 L7130 = 0.663v

and then on F7140 & F7141 = 0.558v

C7145 = 0.614v
C7140 = 0.613v

is that mean the big boy L7130 is gone?

You are doing something wrong.
You can't get 105K ohm reading on 200K scale and 0/beep on diode mode.
I hope you didn't apply power, when checked in diode mode.

No, I didn't connect power while testing. With this multimeter, I'm getting 0.2 ohms when red on the ground and reverse.

I cannot explain how did you get 105k before...
