i was able to heat up the PCH and i am getting 3.3V on PCH_INTVRMEN_L diode mode on F7140 without f7140/41 pin 1 0.472 pin 2 going up and up, i am guessing short NOT on system side?

ive tried it all and no luck, can it still be the SMC?

run a wire from AP_CLKREQ_L to ground and see if it starts? i did soldered J9510 Pin22 (AP_CLKREQ_L) to Pin20 (GROUND) and wifi still did not work

AP_CLKREQ_L -3.27v AP_RESET_L - 3.26v

tested with other RIO flex? J9510 clean will test these signals
