I haven't seen a datasheet from intel that provide such mapping for ivybridge memory controllers I'd tackle this by replacing 16 chips at a time. if your lucky your first go will fix this. Of course depending on time and money your willing to put into buys the chips.

Probabily a dodgy battery or even SMC data lines, crud under SMC. need more info.

Voltage on pin 6 and Pin 8 on U7090. Diodemode reading on L7095.

Memory is connected to the CPU. Dont reflow the CPU or PCH, you need to rule out the RAM first, since you have already confirmed voltage to the RAM, Your looking at bad RAM chips or at least one with a cracked solderball.
