1) What voltage do you get on pin 1 of R7080?
2) What voltage do you get on pin 2 of R7080?
3) What voltage do you get on pin 1 of R7085?
4) What voltage do you get on pin 2 of R7085?
5) Does PPBUS_G3H go up if you remove F7040? What do you get on pin 1 of F7040 if you remove F7040?

That seems like an ope and shut case of dead CPU to me. All of my 3v3_s5 shorts besides one have been CPU on the newer boards, it was some odd logic gate or audio IC causing it before.
I find it common for IRF9395TRPBF to blow on this. It will cause the charger to see no load and as a result output no voltage.
1) What is PPDCIN_G3H?
2) What voltage is on pin 1 and 2 of R6990 with charger plugged in?
3) What voltage is on pin 2 and 3 of D6990 with charger plugged in?
4) IF...
SMC_RESET_L should be 3.42v. 0.5v means shorted SMC, 0v means bad U5110 usually.
1) What does R5100 measure? This resistor pulls up SMC_RESET_L to 3.42v.
2) What voltage do you get for SMC_RESET_L when you remove U5110?
If you remove U5110, R5100 is good, and SMC_RESET_L is still low - the...
1) Put chip on adapter.
2) Plug it into reader.
3) Start TL866 software.
4) Choose the chip that you have in the software.
5) Click ID and see if it gives you a six digit/letter string. If it doesn't, or it gives you a different one each time, then it isn't correct.
6) Click read.
7) Save it to...
1) What voltage is PPBUS_G3H?
2) If you measure the list of rails on page 7 of the schematic, what rails are present? What rails are missing?
Does PM_SLP_S4_L pulse when you plug in the charger?
3) Are you using an original 85w charger?
All of those sensors have nothing to do with the problem. PBUSVSENSE_EN says "Enables PBUS Vsense divider when in S0." S0 means on. PBUSVSENSE_EN not being present means it is not on.
It's like not having your sense of smell while in a coma. You fix the coma first, not the sense of smell.

Well first you need to get PP3V42_G3H to be 3.42v before anything else will work, so let's focus on that.
With an original 85w charger plugged in:
1) What voltage do you get at pin 1 of R6920?
2) What voltage do you get at pin 2 of R6920?
3) What voltage do you get at pin 8 of U6990?
IF you...
The few I remember solving of these were under a thermal cam and it was something around U7501 that heated up for a quick moment when power was first plugged in and then cooled right back off. I feel dirty admitting to a thermal cam having solved this.
This could literally be anything and isn't going to be easy if even possible to solve Bad PCH, cracked ball under PCH, cracked trace/via somewhere, bad CPU, bad solder ball under CPU. Even if the RAM were bad/had cracked solder ball you should get a light on the mouse. I would look under a...
USe diode mode on the meter and measure both R5381 and R5380 with red probe on ground, black probe on pin 2 of the resistor. What do you get for each? 12.23v at any time means something going on with this data line.
