hello guys , have got a MacBook pro 13 inch 2018 unresponsive touch bar . The touch bar would not respond, I then replace the top casing which includes the touch bar , but still does not respond to touch , though it lights up.. No liquid damage. was only swapping out the screen .

have got an 820-3332 that beeps 3 times. The 1.5V memory power rail is present ... I did s slight reflow of the RAM chips but still the same , do I need to replace all the ram chips or could it be the PCH? please help guys .. thanks in advance.
