Probably incompatible keyboard and touchpad, firmware of the ST32F103 on the touchpad is for a different keyboard. Sellers often don't label them properly. If you try with a known good top case for this machine it should work.

The BVR3 format is a custom format for FlexBV but it's plain-text so it can easily be decoded. Someone just has to write some code for it.
The boardviews released as BVR3 format are either:

Touchpad has firmware in the STM32F103B6 MCU and if incorrect keyboard is used with incompatible firmware it will cause this issue.
Keyboard and touchpad must be for the exact same model number, a lot of Aliexpress sellers don't know what they are selling.
If you want to recover data that's impossible. Without data recovery, T2 DFU recovery might be enough but I haven't heard of anyone trying it yet.

You need to try with a known good drive with known good macOS installed on it.
As far as I know there must be communication between LED driver on main logic board and backlight controller on LCD T-Con board for backlight to work on Retina displays.
Messing with 40V around an LCD connector is a good way to damage it too so I wouldn't recommend it.
