820-2936 Strange Behavior on ASD

Hello! I got an 820-2936 board here that was not turning on. I fixed it and now it turns on, but sometimes fans go high and machine gets extremely slow. I then decided to run ASD to see if there are any sensor errors. But, neither ASD EFI or ASD OS show me the option to test sensors. It simply won't show up sensors test option on the tests list. Never seen this happen before! Same ASD works ok on another machine, so not DMG problem. Any ideas on what it could be? I'm suspecting maybe BIOS is bad as I had to flash it because costumer had interrupted a system update and corrupted original BIOS.

I could not copy FSYS from original bios, it was unreadable. Actually somehow original chip got fried. I flashed a supposedly clean BIOS from my database, which I already had used before and worked on other machines. Yes, I put client's serial on it.

Fsys checksum must be fixed, if serial number is changed.
Why didn't test without changing the BIOS file?

Because BIOS could not be read. I needed to change even the chip itself as it was fried... Machine was not starting with it.

Edit... Ah, I understood now what you said... Will test without putting costumer's serial in it. Will post back, thanks!

I will try flashing your file to test. Anyway, I flashed mine again and now it shows up sensors on ASD. Palmrest sensor is reading wrong. I tried replacing Trackpad and cable, but same results... Full speed fan and laggy trackpad. I think it may be some communication dateline that's wrong. I'm trying to figure out how palmist temperature measuring works, but cannot find any clues on schematics.

Which was the initial problem?
Any liquid sign on the board?
If yes, should reball SMC.

Give it a try removing R5222/23.

Board had some corrosion. SMC has been reballed. Board was not turning on when it arrived. I think I’ll try to reball it again because today when I reflores it the machine worked for some hours and now it stopped again. Will try those resistors as well
