820-00138 MBP A1398 2014 - Not booting in Catalina

There was no green/amber light on MagSafe. PPBUS_G3H and PP3V42 present but issue with the SYS_ONEWIRE signal in the SMC.
- SMC area was corroded. Performed SMC reflow and replaced 4 components around it.
- MLB turned on after this but there was liquid damage in various other sections.
- J9500 (IOB Micro-coax connector) cleaned up.
- U3711 (SSD S0 switch was reflowed and one cap was replaced.
- 2 components were replaced near the left speaker connector.
- KBB connector was also cleaned.
- Also replaced 3 caps behind the CPU.

After this
- Turning on and booting from the internal drive. Very slow booting.
- Not booting into Catalina from an external drive.
- Booted into Sierra from an external drive. Still booting slow. Works fine once logged into OS.
- Did full testing.
- While changing the display/KBD brightness and volume levels. Slow animation.

What should I do next?

ALWAYS reball SMC, when corrosion is detected on its area!
Very likely, in this case, SMC doesn't get information from all sensors.

Run corresponding EFI ASD.
HWMonitor can also show helpfull information.

I did SMC reball and installed another one from doner, same booting slow in Catalina
Also tried a BIOS with clean ME, no go.

In HWMonitor, what values should I look at?

Didn't run EFI ASD yet?
It is a basic test, in such case...

820-00138 is from 2015, no ASD officially available. ASD for 2013 can be modded to partially run on 2015.
