    PPBUS_G3H should be 12.6V without battery, not 19.5V. If it is 19.5V then Q7030 is always passing current between drain and source. Make sure it is not shorted and make sure its gate has good continuity to U7000.

    Sorry missed it in the list. Liquid damage should give you hints. If nothing, try to remove R8190 and Q5510 and check if the voltage on PM_SLP_SUS_L changed.

    If it's only a USB-C controller problem it may turn on from charged battery. Liquid damage should give you hint on where to look. Compare diode mode to ground on all LDO outputs of all USB-C controllers.
