820-00165a stuck at .05mA

I got this board that had small amount of liquid spill. ppbus_g3h was 8.2v after swapping the smc it rose to 8.6v but stays at .05mA.

3V3_SUS = 3.3v
PP3V42_G3H = 3.42v
RTC_RESET_L = 3.3v
PCH_SRTC _RST_L = 3.3v
PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3.3v
PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.3v
PM_BATLOW_L. = 3.3v
PM_SLP_SUS_L = .812mv
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.3v
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3v
PP5V_S5 = 5v
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3v
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.4v

PM_SLP_SUS_L = .812mv this comes from pch ? diode reading on that line is .465

Any help appreciated.

Yes and pm_Batlow_l is 3.3v as listed above. PM_SLP_SUS_L = .812mv shouldnt this be 3.3v?

Sorry missed it in the list. Liquid damage should give you hints.
If nothing, try to remove R8190 and Q5510 and check if the voltage on PM_SLP_SUS_L changed.

No still the same voltage. Liquid damage was around the smc which I have changed

Those are correct readings, I found the pch is getting hot on thermal cam.

3V3_SUS requires PM_SLP_SUS_L as enable signal.
Do you get short between 3V3_S5/SUS (U8020)?

Hi no short there and I changed out U8020 but still same PM_SLP_SUS_L .800mv @ R8190 (Diode .494) and PP3V3_SUS 3.3v.

Edited : I noticed U8020 didn't look great so swapped again and now not getting pp3v3_sus as pp3.3sus_en is 800mv now so it must have been shorting the pp3v3_s5 to the pp3v3_sus

SMC_ADAPTER_EN stays high?
If yes, there is a problem with PCH.
Heat its area with quality flux.
