Compare diode mode readings on secondary power supplies with good board.

First of all, welcome to the forum! What the customer said about how the failure appeared? Check resistance (ohm scale) over C5220/60. Also check CHGR_A/BMON levels; with both charger and battery connected.

Check and compare CC1/2 lines.

Why would you want to check them in normal mode, if board stays off??? Compare the readings in SMC bypass with any other board which turns on.

"PCH_SRTCRST_L is stable at 1.2v" Not good, is better to replace C1802. Be sure PCH_SRTCRST_L goes to PCH; if broken trace, board can't start.

Replace R7900, is burnt; it is 0 ohm resistor! First be sure no short over C7907... BTW, write directly into bottom reply box, instead of clicking Reply button. I don't see any reason to quote an entire post, visible few centimeters above. Please, maintain forum aesthetic.

If all components and traces around U7600 are good, then replace the chip.

Replace U7000 first, just in case.

If trackpad works, you should get only the correct keyboard.

If no important data, do DFU restore. Just in case, check if its SSD is detected in Target Disk mode.

Both ports should have the same behavior. Check and compare diode mode readings between both CD3217 areas. Test the machine with charged battery also.

You may have problems with U9801/50. Do you get external video?

"7630 0v" That's the problem! First, check diode mode to ground there; compare with good board. Post U7600 basic voltages: pins 13, 14, 3.

Check all ISENSE and VSENSE output levels from pages 49 & 50. Compare readings with good board.

Then you have problems with PCH. Check its RTC signals from page 16. Also check PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_DSW_PWRGD, SMC_ADAPTER_EN and PM_BATLOW_L.
