    Fan can't spin if PM_SLP_S4_L stays low. Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L. Did you try SMC bypass?

    Check diode mode to ground at C3113/4; you should get very similar readings. Also check continuity with corresponding pins of J3300.

    It is stuck on Apple logo, no progress bar? Did you try safe mode and SMC bypass? Can you access boot menu and embedded diagnostic?

    Is U7700 soldered on the board? If yes, remove R7810/40 and check where the shorts remain. You may also need to lift L7810/11 and L7840-43.

    Post diode mode reading at 1V25_S2; red probe on ground. Also post the value in reverse way, with black probe on ground.

    A complex communication, according Power Delivery protocol is required between MacBook and charger. Do you get 1V25_S2? Did you change U8100 & U7700 without checking if all their LDOs are present? Try to put the machine in DFU with DFU Blaster, or using external switch method.

    Ooops, VSS is a ground point! Looking at page 39 you can see a lot of VSS pins; where they go??? In general, in electronics, VDD and VCC are labels for positive power supply designation. VSS and VEE are used for ground, or negative power supply.

    Do you still get 1 minute image? Check what happens in recovery menu. Can you choose Share Disk there?

    Check R/C7030/40 and their traces. Replace Q7030/40, just in case. Keep F7000 removed, until you get C7050 voltage.

    Check DP_INT_HPD; LCD connected. Also check diode mode at J8500's pins 1 & 3. BTW, do you get external video?

    Try reflashing TBT ROMs; at least right side. Check CHGR_RST_IN and UPC_PMU_RESET_1V2/3V3; with charger alone. Also check UPC_I2C_INT_L y UPC_SMC_I2C_INT_L.

    Try with trackpad and battery connected. If still fails, SSD itself may be the culprit.
