Liquid damaged board not turning on.

3V42 = 3V42
Green / orange - yes
S5 rails are 3V3 / 5V

No SMC_ADAPTER_EN
No PP3V3_SUS

Am I right on thinking that without SMC_ADAPTER_EN no S4 S3 S0 rails will turn on?

S5_PWRGD was missing. Now powering. My question still stands about the SMC_ADAPTER signal though.

SMC_ADAPTER_EN does not affact charger green / orange.

SMC_ADAPTER_EN is sent out by the SMC and goes to ACPRESENT on the PCH. It's a signal to wake the PCH from deep Sx (under certain conditions).

In my case I had no S5_PWRGD.

No S5_PWRGD then no ADAPTOR_EN so no SLP_S5 / S4 / S3 / S0 signals from the PCH because SMC_ADAPTER_EN was not turning the PCH on......

I think I just answered my own question.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Without SMC_ADAPTER_EN you get nothing above S5. This has nothing to do with onewire. SMC_ADAPTER_EN is created by the SMC, it is created by the SMC for other chips, not for itself.
