what would you do sir if you ware in my place with such issue?
Would you replace the chip only or replace the chip along with the buck converters+

The MOSFETs for the mentioned buck converters are inside of U7400.
Only the coils are outside, because cannot be implemented into U7400.
In fact only 5V_S0 output is burnt.; but this makes entire circuit useless...
